[inglês][datilografado] Dear Mr. Portinari: I understand that the remaining painting of the lot sent to Fortune Magazine of this city has been sold to the Museum of Modern Art. This painting is now in Canada and in order it free of duty for the Museum of Modern Art we must have a certificate of originality signed by you and certified to by the American (United States of N.A.) Consul. We are getting a Consular Invoice from Canada so this will not be necessary. However, please send the certificate of originality to me at the above address by Air Mail as soon as possible. It is very important that we have this document as soon as possible. It is impossible to use the certificate which was attached to the papers covering the original shipment. Yours very truly, A.F.
