Countermarked Coin for use in Martinique

A silver 2 reales Philip V coin with a heart shaped cut out in the centre. The front design shows a crown with text around the outside and denomination, a mint mark, and a maker mark around the design. The back features a cross with lions and castles in an eight sided border.

This coin was produced for general circulation in Spain, but was countermarked for circulation in Martinique
