It is made by men. They use hammers to curve old corrugated iron sheets to make a bell, then joined on either ends with other hard iron nuts welded inside is a rod of another iron is suspended which when lifted or moved sideways hit the ends of the bell continuosly thus making a gonging sound which can be heard from a distance.
