The creamer is a pyriform body on short foot. Short spout below rim, and strap handle. Painted on one side the Russian two-headed eagle with St. George in a shield, in black, red and blue. On other side, monogram of Catherine II, crowned in laurel wreath in gold. Gold wreath and band around rim, gilt handle. Cover is fitted with a flower knob and laurel wreath in gold.
