Photograph of cricketer Johnny Mullagh (Unaarrimin) - one of the Aboriginal XI- the first Australian team to tour to England in 1868. Mullagh was the most successful players of his day, on tour he scored 1670 runs at an average of 23.89 runs and took 245 wickets at an average of 10.16 runs per wicket.
The great English cricketer WG Grace said of Mullagh (Unaarrimin) and teammate Cuzen's (Zellanach) at Lords "(they) had acquitted themselves very well...(showing) conspicuous skill at the game."
