Croome Court and the Church of St Mary Magdelene, Croome D'abitot, Worcestershire

This view looks north-east across the Croome River towards Croome Court and the Church of St Mary Magdalene. The Croome Court estate was landscaped during the mid 18th century by Lancelot 'Capability' Brown for the Earl of Coventry. The church was designed by Brown as an eye-catcher from the house. It replaced the original church that stood near the house.
