The Tangsa and Singpho people, native communities of eastern Arunachal Pradesh, reside mostly in the Dihing Patkai region, in Changlang district. The gorgeous Noa Dehing river flows through this region between the Dapha Bum range and Patkai range, intersecting the pristine forests of the Changlang district. The Noa Dehing river is an integral part of the lives of Tangsas and Singphos.
