[Crowd under multi-national flags]

A large crowd of people gathered outside, seated and standing. There are multiple string banners hanging over the crowd with miniature versions of world flags. There is also a rectangular arch set up decorated with multiple crescent moons and stars, flags featuring those symbols, and a sign reading "May Egypt flourish."
