This cup is made from cow horn and bee wax. The front of the horn is cut and wax is stitched on it. The wax is heated to make the wax stick properly to the horn and the horn is also warmed a bit. A hole is made on the wax and the horn placed on area where one is experiencing pain on the body then sucked. It is used by the elders to suck blood from sick people.
