Cygnus cargo vehicle and the orbital outpost move toward each other at 223 nautical miles above the home planet. The two converged at 6:36 a.m. (EDT) on July 16, 2014. Parts of western Europe are visible in the background. A small part of the Space Station Remote Manipulator System or Canadarm2 can be seen as it waits to grapple Cygnus.
