Housed in blue velvet box box with embroidered red/white/blue/gold emblem of Czechoslovakia on top and silver presentation plaque inscribed: "To Mrs. E. Roosevelt". Presented to Eleanor Roosevelt by Czechoslovakian residents of Venezuela through the Czechoslovakia Legation, Caracas, March 1944. FDR Library Museum Collection, MO 1948.92.40.
