D'Orsay shoes of 1920s

The D'Orsay style shoe is characterised by cut-out sides. They are named after Count Alfred d’Orsay in 19th century. He wanted to make men's shoes more comfortable so he cut off sides of the shoes. Later it became part of a lady's wardrobe too.
