An aerial view of the beautiful Kano city from the top of Dalla hill. The 1753ft high mud hills of Kano also known as Dalla and Goron Dutse hill is an ancient place of worship, believed to be the first settlement of Kano people and the source of the name ‘Kano’. Up to the end of the 15th century, Kano was known as Dalla. A stairway of 999 steps leads to the top of the hill, the reward of the climb is a full view of the beautiful city.
