A formal attire of Dang-ui worn over Chima and Jeogori. This Dang-ui was worn in the royal court. There are gold leaf ornamentation of auspicious words all over the bodice. The collar is narrow and curved, and the side seams are also curved to resemble that of Buhseon(socks). The skirt is a long, formal type to make trail, thus usually worn wrapped around the body once for the ease of movement unless during the ceremony.
