The ATELIER 26 is a space shared by a collective of friends who under the guidance of the masterful plastic artist Alberto Péssimo, produces oil and acrylic drawing and painting, ceramics and other supports, through the exchange of experiences and knowledge, in a perspective of continuous training.
Operating uninterruptedly for more than eight years, the ATELIER 26 has produced numerous exhibitions, both individual and collective. Some of these collective exhibitions have obeyed specific themes, namely in the area of tribute to writers or other artists, or responding to requests from organizers.
Another important facet of its production has been the elaboration of large panels that can be admired in several public places. Other artistic activities have also been developed, evidencing the eclecticism of the collective, such as the publication of books of poetry, short stories, theater, as well as illustration of books, etc. Also note the assembly and presentation of plays and recitals of poetry.
The purpose of ATELIER 26 is to enjoy Art and Culture through constant improvement in order to better share with the public the fruit of their experiences and knowledge.
