Dehaasia incrassata is a medium-sized tree of the Lauraceae family. This tree has a widespread distribution from the Philippines to Borneo, Indonesia and Thailand. Taiwan is at the edge of its range and it can only be found in the mountain valley of Orchid Island. According to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) it is critically endangered.
