A model's hand is balancing an opera pump shoe with her palm, as the heel of the shoe is stuck in the claw of a hammer. The opera pump is of emerald-green satin and features a silver heel wrapped in a spiral of hand-cut crystal drops, resembling a chandelier; by Delman.
