  • Rights: Ensemble made of violet pleated silk satin. The entire armholes, lower edge and side seams are trimmed with a silk cordonnet and Murano glass beads. A violet silk satin belt trimmed with vegetal motifs in a design of gold stencilled leaves and branches. Since the Delphos dress was created around 1907, Mariano Fortuny go on repeating this model with some variations. Sometimes it was accompanied by different lengths tops, with or without a belt, treated and made according to the same technique. The variety of combinations made can be seen in the graphic documents on this artist´s production.
