Denman House, 19-20 Piccadilly, Westminster, London

Denman House was designed by the architect Harold Arthur Woodington. It was completed in 1903. Woodington was also responsible for the design of the ground floor shopfront, here occupied by J C Cording & Co, who specialised in gentlemen's outerwear.
