It is believed by many that Madhubani paintings have had connections with Tantric rituals. The Tantric style of Madhubani painting is different in terms of use of Tantric motifs. With time, this rich traditional art form has also made a significant space for itself, beyond just expressions in domestic rituals. Artistic excellence and stylizations demonstrating highly refined skills have organically evolved from within the traditional painter community. This frame depicts different dieties - Kali, Durga, Saraswati, Lakshmi and Ganesh along with Tantric motifs, creating an extremely rich and interesting artwork.
