After the tragic attacks on 9/11/01, Dr. Khidekel who witnessed the calamity first hand, conceived a revolutionary urban concept to use a vertical structure that would provide multi-level buildable and usable area and in the same time will be open, segmented and incorporate multiple structural redundancies. The structure could be a reinforced concrete spiral or skeletal framework akin to the tree composed of elevated roadways and buildable lots composing a small vertical city with its own infrastructure and transpiration arteries.
