At center, a winged figure of Glory (at left) alights and places the sculpted bust of King Charles III on a pedestal decorated with swags and a cartouche. In front of the pedestal, a cherub (seen from the back) sits amid symbols of the arts and war. Another cherub hovers in mid-air to the right of the pedestal; a group of figures stand in left middle-background beneath a partial view of colonnaded temple and figure, upper left corner.
