Vertical format. Variation of design 1901-39-3181. Putto raises tablet with inscription "METAS" [tasio] near monument at left. No hermae shown, but upon entablature lie wreaths and frieze inscribed with names "ORFEO, CIMAROSA, ARISTOFANE, GOLDONI, SOFFOCLE, ALFIERI." Inscription below: "Teatro delle muse." Figures fill the scene, an angel in flight blows a horn at upper right. From the occulus at the top of the dome shines a beam of light onto a bust of a male figure being crowned by a winged figure.
