As for the presentation of its body, the Christ in Majesty we find in the central arch shows its wounds caused by the crucifixion. The palms of his hands and the naked feet expose the sores of the cloves. At the same time, in his chest we can see the blood sprouted by the wound of the spear. This representation, that points the belief of the suffering of Christ, as a man, in the cross, finalizes Master Mateo’s narrative in the Portico of Glory.
