Detail of Chimu red shirt (Unku)

Ceremonial shirt worn by a nobleman of the Chimu culture in special ceremonies, probably was placed on his grave. Piece made in kelim technique and ornamented with woven loops and tassel trim motives. This piece of clothing has red, white, black, yellow, light and dark green, brown, purple and pink colors in the threads.
