The figure of Saint Cecilia seated at the organ can be seen in the coloured copper engraving in the oval pane at the centre of the parchment sheet, framed with a thin gold line. In the background – behind an arched window – a tree appears in the landscape. From the right-hand edge, rays of light emanating from the corona of a cloud illuminate the face of the saint. The small picture is decorated with flower appliqués made from coloured silk.
