Dexterity game:Pillow-Dex

After finding succes with the American version of Tiddledy Winks, George Parker, of later Parker Brothers fame, sought to import another game idea from England. This time he hoped to trademark the name successfully; Tiddledly Winks was sold, under that name, by many of his competitors. The game he found and successfully trademarked, in 1897, was Pillow-Dex. A balloon game with a piece of string to mark two sides, players or teams competed by simply batting the balloon with the backs of their hands, hoping for it to touch down on the opposing side. Trademarking the name, Parker sold Pillow-Dex successfully for two decades.
