Dining Room of Werner and Kay LeRoy's New York Apartment, Vogue

The dining room of the New York apartment of restaurateurs Warner and Kay LeRoy. An amber Waterford crystal chandelier hangs over a long table set with a lace tablecloth and dishes detailed in gold. In the wall behind one end of the table is a fireplace with a carved mantel supported by elephant carvings. A procession of increasingly smaller elephant figurines fills the top of the mantel, and above it is a gilt-framed early 20th-Century burlesque poster.
