The cover of this menu was signed by U.S. President Harry S. Truman, Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin, and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. The three met in Potsdam, Germany, as World War II was coming to an end. On the fifth night of the conference, the participants took a break from their negotiations to attend a lavish dinner. During the evening, President Truman passed around his menu for the attendees to sign.
