In the center, Divine Shepherdess is sitting using a long dress and a wide-brimmed straw hat. Child Jesus facing forward, standing and rested on the left leg of the Divine Shepherdess, wears a short dress and short brimmed hat. To the right of the Divine Shepherdess, three sheep, one lying down and two standing, in profile to the right, one of which is touching the right hand of the Divine Shepherdess, that has the right arm stretched down. In the upper left corner of the composition, an angel profile to the right is running. The angel holds in his right hand a tinplate chestHis wings are open and je is naked with a fluttering piece of fabric wrapped around his legs. At the upper right corner, above the rectangular shape bounding the door, an angel profile to the left flyes, he plays a bugle that he holds with his hands, is naked and his wings are open.
