Constantinople, 13 January 1915 As Mr. A. NIAS, general manager, Mr. L. STEEG, deputy general manager, and Mr. I. Dupuis, manager are forced to abandon their posts as a consequence of their nationality, the GENERAL MANAGER transfers the administration of the bank to: Mr. G. S. CARTALI, presently manager, Mr. M. HANEMOGLOU, chief inspector of the branches, Mr. B. KERESTEDJIAN, chief of operations, and promotes the latter two to the position of manager. Mr. G. S. CARTALI will be in charge of all services of the bank. Mr. B. KERESTEDJIAN will manage the services of the head office. Mr. M. HANEMOGLOU will manage the services of thebranches.
