Dog Effigy Vessel

Ceramic vessel in the shape of a dog, with spout extending up from its back. Ground is buff-colored, painted bands of color in reddish brown shades, orange, yellow, maroon. Head has scroll pattern on cheeks, band around body has floral figures, spout is striped. Base of each foot is painted with vertical leaf shapes.
