Dog tag

This is a dog tag marked with the words "ROK [Republic of Korea] Army," and a soldier's name and military service number. Dog tags contain vital information about the wearer, such as their name and military service number (assigned to every soldier), so that they can be used to identify them. Dog tags are printed on thin metal plates and are mostly used for identifying fallen soldiers.
