Though a vast majority of French fashion dolls have adult female features-fashionable hairdos, rosy cheeks, red painted lips, pale complexions, and flirty eyelashes-exceptions do exist. Manufacturers made dolls of various ethnicities, dolls with regional costumes, infant and child fashion dolls, as well as male dolls.
