Portrait of Dom Pedro II, young, half body, from the front, looking to the right. Long face and nose. Light hair, straight, parted on the side, fluff and lice are also light. Blue eyes. Prominent lower lip and chin. Dark green coat buttoned in the center and ornamented on the chest and sleeves with golden oak branches. Golden canuton epaulets. High collar covered with red ribbon with insignia of the Golden Fleece in diamonds. At the top of the left breast, in ratchet, three insignia. On the right shoulder, band in narrow bands in blue, pink, green, red, green and gray. At the waist, detail of a gold band. Background in brown tones. Author's signature in the lower left corner in orange ink: "J C de Lima".
