This rifle was made by gunsmith Yartari Kolomba from the city of Moscow in 1858. Both barrels of the muzzle-loading rifle can be loaded with two rounds; each cartridge has a separate hammer and a corresponding ignition channel, and there are four nipples for percussion caps. At first, the loaded rifle can only fire the frontal rounds. The ignition of the rear rounds cannot, of course, be ruled out. Moreover, the rifle is very heavy and clumsy and it take a long time to load it. There are only two such Yartari Kolomba hunting rifles in the whole world.
