Double headed eagle statue

Full length striding female figure, partially clothed, with windswept drapery. She is carrying a double-headed eagle upon her shoulders. The statue is believed to be Italian or Australian, and presented to President Wilson while he was in Europe in 1918. The rectangular base is signed Ripamonti 1918.
