Dress

This blue and grey wool dress was worn in the film Unizhennye i oskorblyonnye (Humiliated and Insulted) (1990). It was designed by costume designer Eleonora Maklakova and worn by actress Nastassja Kinski, playing Natasha Ikhmeneva. It's decorated with matching buttons and twill rouleaux. The silk jacquard shawl was made in the third quarter of the 19th century and acquired for the movie The Nutcracker (1967) (unfulfilled project).
