Dress fabric of woven worsted. With floral patterns on stripes. In a warp-faced twill are broad shaded stripes of brightly coloured worsted, white centre with pink and red to vermilion, alternating with narrow purple and white centre flanked with yellow and light to dark green. Over these, the white weft is used to make a symmetrical design of large flowers and leaves, and scrolls with fillings. Height of repeat is 26 inches.
