  • Medium: Medium: silk Technique: Jacquard woven. Plain weave (grey with white stripe) with a supplementary warp (purple). In the centers of the flowers the supplementary warp shares a complementaryfunction with the white warp, allowing it to float on the front. The long floats between motifs on the back were cut away after weaving a part of thefinishing process. Loomed width: 23 inches
