Short, squared sleeves trimmed with band of ruched tulle and plastic pearls at rolled hem edge. Deep V-neckline in front and back, laced up with white cording across center front and back. Elastic waistband at natural waist; lower half of skirt is made up of three tiers of white tulle edged with green embroidery (?). Two interior labels: "English size 10/American size 8," "This garment has been/produced by hand in/Zandra Rhodes studio/Dry clean only/Do not use steam/100% silk/Made in England."
