Dress

Hoop-skirt dress in silk taffeta with beige and light green check, decorated with brown plumetis. It has an off-the-shoulder neckline with black lace edging and short, lantern sleeves. It is cut to the waist, where it is fitted, and has a full hoop skirt gathered in pleats at the front of the waist.

It fastens with a rope tie at the back of the neckline, a row of 12 metal hook-and-eye clasps at the back opening, and another two at the waist. The body is lined with cream cotton taffeta, while white cotton taffeta lines the sleeves and the hem of the skirt.
