Dresser

The maple dresser with glass top in the Main Bedroom forms part of a bed room suite. The suite was purchased by Mrs Calthorpe in Sydney from 'Beard, Watson & Co. Ltd' in 1927 together with a large number of other furniture, soft furnishings and carpets for the house. The items within the Dresser once belonged to Mrs Calthorpe. Included in this display are manicuring implements, cosmetics and jewellery.
