Drum and Stick

Carlos Herrera, son of Arnold Herrera, is a third generation drum maker from Cochiti Pueblo. This type of Pueblo drum is generally used during traditional dances at many of the Pueblos located along the banks of the Rio Grande River and its tributaries.
