Colour postcard showing Dudley Road and Dudley Opera House. Built in 1899, it was a red brick building in the Italian Renaissance style with cinnamon terracotta dressings. The theatre was destroyed by fire in 1936, and replaced in 1938 by Dudley Hippodrome.
