This is a print depicting goddess Durga killing Mahishasura. The fighting figures are positioned on either side of this composition while the backdrop is kept completely blank. On one side, Mahishasura emerges out of the bull holding a shield and a club. On the other side, Durga sitting atop her lion thrusts a spear at him. She is four armed with weapons in each - a sword, a shield, a spear and short stick (?). The disjoined head of the bull lies in the distance. The figures seem to standing on a rocky ladnscape with two trees on either side of the frame. An inscirption in Bengali provides the name and address of the printing studio.
