Gold earring from Cyprus, composed of a rectangular setting inlaid with a large onyx and a triangular pendant decorated with nine horizontal rows of small pearls threaded on very thin wires (only four pearls survive). Another bead was suspended from the inverted apex of the triangle. The earring belongs to a characteristic type of Cypriot jewellery of the late Roman period.
