Eastside Pride

"This image shows a woman donning a t-shirt with an iconic sun image known to most Charlotteans as the "Eastland Mall" logo. I am a native to Charlotte, NC and spent most of my formative years in East Charlotte; this is an homage to this part of the city. As a symbol of pride, her head is held high. I intentionally created a bright colored backdrop, symbolizing expressiveness and joy." -Cynthia Allison
