Elaine, Falls Church, VA – “Dual Responsibilities for a Better Tomorrow”

A submission to the Chinese American Museum DC's 2020 Student Art Competition. Students from elementary through high school age submitted watercolor original paintings inspired by the theme, “Our Time.”
