Originally manufactured in 2000, the Cybiko is a handheld computer marketed toward teens. It features a full QWERTY keyboard, best used with a stylus due to its small key size, to facilitate text messaging. Cybikos communicate via a two-way radio system and can "talk" to one another up to a distance of 300 meters. Over 400 freeware games and applications could be played on the device, and it contains a port to attach an MP3 player. The Cybiko came in five various colors, this black model with the yellow keyboard being the rarest. Cybiko produced two models of the device, the Classic and the Xtreme, and discontinued support for both in 2003 due to poor sales. The Cybiko is still popular among hobbyist communities due to its unique two-way radio messaging system.
